If you are unhappy with any aspect of your cleaning, no matter the reason, we will re-clean those areas and solve any issues you have with the service. We’ll do this 100% free of charge and if after that you’re still not satisfied, we will give you a full refund. Please note that no refund will be offered if a re-clean is not accepted.

We always make sure that the same cleaners go out to the same properties. This allows you to be comfortable knowing exactly who’s in your home.

The payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash. Once we receive the payment we will send you the receipt.

There is no need for you to be at home during the cleaning – all of our cleaners are police-checked and highly trustworthy. We are happy to clean your home at the most convenient time for you, whether this is a time when you will be there or not. However, if you do prefer to be at home while we clean, we will do our very best to cause minimum disruption to your daily life.

We will send a team of 2-4 cleaners, depending on how big the job is.

For deep cleanings, we provide all of the equipment. This includes any sponges, cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, steamers, and anything else we think we’ll need.
